@cassandrahammwrites I combined the clock pic, the pic with the girl, and the moon pic. She sat curled up in her gauzy prison, watching the moon peek over the evergreens. There was no point in leaving. They were watching. A gong split the air, close enough that she could hear it but do nothing. Once, she would’ve taken that as a sign to stay in the village, as the faeries would be out at night, and they liked to experiment on unsuspecting humans straying into their territory. Once, she had been human. Until the faeries found her. She pressed her face to her knees and wished she had never set foot in this cursed wood. #wadziflashfiction
